We aim to have your order ready to be shipped within 3-10 business days. Rush orders 2-4 days (rush fee $20) Once shipped NZPOST takes about 1-3 working days for urban delivery and an extra 2-3 working days for rural. Keep in mind delivery times are not always accurate because of delays etc.

Some delays may arise with the carrier that are out of our control. Once your package is with the courier we cannot control what happens with it. But the courier and us will keep in touch with you and update asap.

Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next day.

Free shipping is available on orders $300 and over.
