Refund policy
REFUND & RETURNS
There are no refunds or returns on personalized items if you change your mind or supply incorrect information from you, as we cannot resell them.
However, you can get a repair, if we've made a mistake on our end, replacement and refund if your item is damaged, faulty or not as described.
Readymade/non-personalized items may be refunded and returned if the item is damaged, change of mind or there is a mistake on our end. Items must be sent back in good condition. We will inspect the product and get back to you ASAP whether we have rejected or accepted your refund.
We have 7 day timeframe to request a return. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping both ways.
